Carla entered the travel industry to see the world and she quickly developed a specialty in technology and customer service. She manages ETA’s automated quality control system—QCX—and helps our agents work more efficiently with our reservation system technology. Her favorite trips have been to New Orleans and New Zealand, both for the beautiful scenery and people as well as the fact that she had the most fun in these places. Apart from ETA, Carla enjoys music, wine, watching television and sunbathing. She would most like to visit Bora Bora where she can fine tune her sunbathing skills!
