Born in DC, but raised in Maryland, Sharon began in the travel industry in 1998. Before that, she was an administrative assistant for a Home Health Department. She started in the travel industry because of her love of travel and geography. Her greatest asset to ETA is her knowledge of the reservation system and the ability to provide great customer service. Her favorite vacation was to the beautiful island of St. Lucia and she would most like to visit Italy. She also loves spending time with family and friends and her nieces and nephews are her greatest joy. In her spare time she enjoys photography and music, and even passed the test for Jeopardy.
