Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dillon has been in the travel industry for over 16 years. Following his graduation from University of Richmond, Dillon settled in the Washington area and began his career in business to business sales. Prior to joining HRG/ETA, Dillon Boyer was the Director, Business Development for Global Corporate Services Division at American Express. During his nine year career with American Express, Dillon held roles with increasing responsibilities in new business development in middle market travel and corporate card. Dillon is the former President of the Baltimore Washington Business Travel Association, a sub-chapter of the Global Business Travel Association.

Before joining American Express, Dillon held business development and account management positions at National Car Rental. He resides in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife, Susan. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, cooking and travel.
