Brand began his career in travel early as a child living with his family in Naples Italy, then as a college student studying in England and traveling around Europe; and after college, as a yacht charter captain based in the US Virgin Islands but working throughout the Caribbean before moving to the Washington DC area and becoming a travel agent in 1988. He now lives in Annapolis Md. by the shores of the Chesapeake Bay. With the kid grown up and living in Maui, he has time to sail the bay, ski out west and indulge in some soft adventure travel abroad, whenever possible. Brand is an experienced corporate travel manager as well as a leisure expert in vacations especially those that involve coastal areas and islands all over the world. ETA's in house island specialist and yacht charter broker, he joined the ETA team in October of 1996 as a commissioned sales agent.
