Carlos Linares
Corporate Travel Consultant 21 Years Experience Originally from Guatemala City, Carlos began working in the travel industry as a tour guide, taking people on tours of the Spanish-colonial city of Antigua, Lake Atitlan and the folkloric town of Chichicastenango, all in Guatemala. He came to the United States and began working as a travel agent in 1990. Carlos is very detail-oriented and likes to project a professional image but takes the most pride in providing efficient service to his clients. He enjoys sports like tennis, soccer, swimming, jogging and weight training but his favorite is salsa dancing. Outside of ETA, he works as a Certified Flight Instructor at Martin State Airport in Baltimore and says that being a general aviation pilot is one of the most exciting things he’s ever done.
