A native of Maryland by way of Barbados, Terri comes to ETA after years working as the travel manager for a large corporate account. Her actual start in the travel industry came in 1987 when she worked on the reservation floor for Continental Airlines and then for Pan Am at Reagan National Airport. Her strengths as a travel counselor are immediately apparent – she exudes true kindness and genuine concern for her clients’ travel arrangements. Terri’s favorite vacations are to Barbados to visit her parents and she would most like to visit Madagascar. Outside of the travel zoo at ETA, Terri has her own zoo at home with two children, one on the way, a dog and two goldfish. To relax, she enjoys cooking and reading science fiction books.
