Melody began her career in the travel industry in 1989. She brought a wealth of experience to the industry with her background as a meeting planner and a travel buyer.

Melody brings to ETA a strong customer service approach to the clients' needs and this has always kept her competitive with her clientele and has made her career as a travel consultant a perfect fit. When Melody is not busy helping clients with travel she likes to be with her two daughters and husband who keep her busy. In her free time she enjoys gardening, reading and mission trips with travel to other countries.
