John Blackburn was in the health care field when he decided that travel would be more interesting. In 1995, he quit his health care position to go to a local travel school. Upon graduation, he began his career with SATO, booking travel for the U.S. Secret Service. After five years, he transitioned from government travel to corporate travel where he honed his international travel skills. In this capacity, John focused on complex international travel and developed his own style of customer service. He also gained extensive knowledge of the frequent flyer programs and airline alliances to increase his skills and to assist clients with upgrades and mileage tickets.

After five years with his last employer, John decided he would go independent and has steadily grown his business almost to capacity after two short years. He remains abreast on industry changes with the airlines and consistently looks for ways to improve customer service for his client list.
