| To access a fee-waived Hertz #1 Club Gold Application with Corporate benefits, simply follow these instructions: | |

| 4. Enter the Promo Code: | 5883 |
| Users can now gain access to a "fee-waived" enrollment application by clicking on the "Enroll Today" button. | |
| 5. Fill-out the fields on the application, making sure to decline or accept insurance coverage as travel policy dictates. | |
| 6. Review entries before clicking "accept". | |
| 7. After clicking "accept" your Hertz #1 Club Gold Number will be returned to you in a few seconds. Print that page for your records. Within 2-3 days you will receive an e-mail notifying you that the Gold number has been activated. If you do not receive it, call the number on the printed sheet to let Hertz know. | |
| 8. You will receive your card within 2-3 weeks, but you may begin using the service immediately after you receive notification that it is activated. | |
| 9. If you have already filled out an traveler profile form online, please notify Executive Travel Associates of your Hertz #1 Club Gold Number so we may include this information in your profile. If you have not filled out a profile form online, you may do so by clicking here. | |
